See ya later, Savannah :(

I will always look back at our time in so fondly. WE HAD THE BEST NEIGHBORHOOD! Both kids had so many friends on the street. It was easy to hardly have them watch any tv because they were always outside playing with friends. I loved my workout group, Calvin's preschool, living by the beach, and Savannah's awesome downtown area. It was fun to live by the Taylors for that year + Dal had a really easy schedule. Such an awesome time for our family.

I had morning sickness pretty bad for the last few weeks that we lived there, but we still had fun going to the beach and hanging out with our friends before we left. Oh, and since I was sick Dallin packed the whole pod by himself. 10 points for him!

Hurricane Evacuation Round 2

We were on mandatory evacuation as soon as we flew into Atlanta from our trip to Utah so we drove north instead of south to explore the mountains of Georgia and had the best time.  The first night we spent with our awesome friends Erica & Caleb at her dad's house, then after that we headed up to our hotel. We went to Tallulah Falls, went swimming and cliff jumping at Dahlonega and explored the cutest town of Helen. My favorite was hiking at Tallulah Falls. There was a part of the hike that was pretty killer with a billion stairs and Calvin rocked it! We definitely had some complications (accidentally leaving the kids luggage on the shuttle and not being able to have it all week + having the hurricane storm head up towards us causing our hotel and surrounding areas to lose power for a day) but it was a fun evacuation :)

Mitchell family reunion in Pine Valley

We headed up to Pine Valley with Dallin's whole family where we played with cousins outside for 4 days straight. Cal and Mae were in heaven. We were also glad that we got to be in town to see Cash be blessed.
