Maybe it was because the holidays were over but January went by so slow! We were kind of over the whole deployment thing by then. We still did quite a few fun things + still loved the snow!!
For New Years we went to Max and Steph's house. We ate yummy food, had a dance party, and did sparklers at midnight.
I took a trip with my best friends to Vegas without my kids and it was so lovely! Love these girls with my whole soul.
We had an evening that we went up to midway and ate at Dairy Keen then went to the ice castles with my parents. Calvin thought it was the coolest thing ever. Mae loved meeting the princesses but then she was bummed the rest of the time because she hates being cold.
We also spent a lot of time riding scooters, Mae took private swimming lessons (+ loved them!), facetimed with Dal every night ) + spent a lot of time with family.
