Mae @ 5 months

At 5 months, Mae...

-Mae's nicknames are: little love, Mae mae, Miss Mae, sissy

-She sleeps now! Turns out when I put her to bed at a reasonable hour she sleeps much better. Most of the month she slept from 8 to 3! Then when I feed her she will go back to bed until 6, then I bring her to bed with us and she sleeps until Calvin comes and wakes her up... "MAE! MAE! MISS YOU MAE!  GOO MO-NEEN MAE! SISTER! MAE!"

-Still loves the car, hates the jogging stroller. But she learned to like her wrap again and we are loving it!

-Exclusively nursing

-Mae's biggest change this month was learning to use her hands. She has figured out how to (kind of) grab toys and put them into her mouth. 

-She finally rolled over! She first learned how to from her back to her stomach, which was unfortunate for her because she hated being on her stomach at the time. When I put her down she would immediately roll onto her stomach and then scream until I rolled her back over. She has since learned how to roll back the other way and now basically can roll all around the room. 

-She for sure recognizes Cal, Dallin, and I. 

-Mae also laughed for the first time this month! All 3 of us make fools of ourselves trying to get her to do it all the time but it is still kind of rare. 

-She is possibly barfing a tiiiiny bit less

-She went to the beach for the first time this month... she seemed to like it!

-We reallllly like how chubby she is!!!

Oh, we love this baby so much.
